How

Our movement was born from an idea that took root in my mind through personal reflections on the challenges I faced as a father. This idea took shape as I met other fathers who, like me, struggled to be fully present in their children’s lives. These exchanges revealed a troubling reality: the role of fathers in our society is often overlooked or even undermined by certain administrative systems. Despite the love and unwavering commitment of many fathers, their role is not always recognised at its true value.

By conducting extensive research on my own, I sought to understand what was missing from existing organisations and what fathers seeking support truly needed. I found that, in every country, these struggles were being fought in isolation, without solidarity or coordination beyond national borders. Yet, the issue is global, and only by acting together can we bring about meaningful change.

Thus, we created a movement—not a foundation—with the aim of providing a space for discussion and mobilisation to advance the cause of fathers. Today, I am no longer alone. I have the support of a few local volunteers in Switzerland, who are also dedicated fathers. Their help is invaluable in maintaining and developing this project, which is driven by a shared vision: a world where fathers are fully recognised for their essential role within the family.

FAQ

We firmly believe that the role of fathers is crucial to the balance and well-being of children and families. Our goal is to create an open and supportive space where fathers and families can share their experiences, support one another, and work together to advance this cause.

Our platform is and will remain entirely free of charge. We do not ask for money, do not seek donations at this time, and are committed to ensuring that everyone can participate without constraints. No obligations will be imposed, as our priority is to create a respectful and accessible environment for all.

In the long run, we aim to organise international conferences to promote a global convention on the role of fathers. These events will bring together key stakeholders, facilitate the sharing of best practices, and ensure that our voice is heard on the international stage.

To facilitate dialogue with non-governmental organisations and benefit from an environment conducive to international meetings, we have chosen to establish our headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. This city, a symbol of dialogue and cooperation, perfectly reflects the values we stand for.

Finally, we want to emphasise that our movement is open to everyone. Both men and women are welcome to contribute to this cause that is so dear to our hearts. Together, we can make a difference.

Our movement was officially launched in February 2025. At present, we are no more than two main collaborators, supported by a handful of local volunteers in Switzerland. We carefully invite and select members who share our vision and support our cause. Although we are still in the early stages of our journey, our motivation remains unwavering, as our mission is a noble one: it concerns the well-being of families and, above all, our children.
